Embora estivesse vinculado ao curso de Direito, a mat\u00e9ria aceitava a matr\u00edcula de qualquer estudante da UFMG. Tamb\u00e9m foram oportunizadas dez vagas para agentes do sistema socioeducativo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\" style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; color: #222222; font-family: times new roman,times,serif;\">Com a oferta da optativa, pretendeu-se divulgar e familiarizar a justi\u00e7a restaurativa entre os estudantes e profissionais matriculados. A maioria das aulas romperam com o tradicional modelo expositivo e todas elas foram estruturadas em formato circular. Foram trabalhadas no\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de teoria do conflito, mapeamento de conflitos, justi\u00e7a restaurativa, transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o-violenta, processos circulares e confer\u00eancias restaurativas. Contou com c\u00edrculos restaurativos simulados, al\u00e9m de c\u00edrculo de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o para outros c\u00edrculos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\" style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; color: #222222;\">F<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 115%; color: #222222;\">oi produzido um filme a partir do \u00faltimo encontro da optativa em 2017.2, contando com a filmagem de c\u00edrculos simulados e de depoimentos comentando a experi\u00eancia.
