{"id":1525,"date":"2017-11-17T13:46:01","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T15:46:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/150.164.104.182:8080\/direito\/?page_id=1525"},"modified":"2020-04-28T13:35:02","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T16:35:02","slug":"ciranda","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ciranda.direito.ufmg.br\/index.php\/ciranda\/","title":{"rendered":"Ciranda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O Projeto<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O Ciranda surge em 2015, ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o no Edital PROEXT 2015 do Projeto Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa: Paz Social, Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Direitos da Juventude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A primeira a\u00e7\u00e3o realizada foi selecionar os 10 alunos que constituiriam a equipe do Projeto, todos estudantes do curso de Direito. Em seguida, os coordenadores e alunos selecionados foram formados em Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa, em curso de 40 horas\/aula ministradas pelo RECAJ\/UFMG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A partir do encerramento do curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2015.2, foi criado o Grupo de Estudos em Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa e Processos Circulares, cujos encontros s\u00e3o quinzenais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nesse per\u00edodo, tamb\u00e9m se iniciou a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Ciranda no F\u00f3rum Permanente do Sistema Socioeducativo de Belo Horizonte e na Comiss\u00e3o Tem\u00e1tica de Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa do referido F\u00f3rum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O atendimento de casos teve in\u00edcio no final do primeiro semestre de 2016, ap\u00f3s a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do Protocolo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Interinstitucional no \u00c2mbito do Sistema de Atendimento Socioeducativo de Belo Horizonte, em 12\/05\/2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Concomitante a essas atua\u00e7\u00f5es, o Ciranda passa a se estruturar em abril de 2017 como Grupo de Pesquisa em Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa, devidamente cadastrado no Diret\u00f3rio dos Grupos de Pesquisa do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico &#8211; CNPQ. \u00c9 o come\u00e7o da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisas-a\u00e7\u00e3o voltadas a tra\u00e7ar adequa\u00e7\u00f5es e melhorias na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa e demais pr\u00e1ticas restaurativas no contexto brasileiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">No ano de 2017, o Projeto tamb\u00e9m ministrou diversas oficinas e cursos e se envolveu na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa nas escolas da regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, contribuindo para o Programa N\u00d3S &#8211; N\u00facleos de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos Escolares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Al\u00e9m disso, em 2017, foi efetivado o Protocolo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Interextens\u00e3o entre o Ciranda e a Divis\u00e3o de Assist\u00eancia Judici\u00e1ria da UFMG (DAJ), em que esta pode encaminhar casos prioritariamente de alta complexidade, assim percebidos em raz\u00e3o do dano f\u00edsico, ps\u00edquico e\/ou relacional efetivo ou de sua amea\u00e7a potencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O Ciranda ainda conta com a supervis\u00e3o do N\u00facleo Psican\u00e1lise e La\u00e7o Social no Contempor\u00e2neo &#8211; PSILACS, coordenado pela Prof.\u00aa Andr\u00e9a Guerra, e com o apoio de diversos parceiros que contribuem para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o da rede de garantia de direitos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Projeto O Ciranda surge em 2015, ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o no Edital PROEXT 2015 do Projeto Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa: Paz Social, Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Direitos da Juventude.
